Good morning!!!! ^_^

I may not have the best body, but it’s the only body I have and I’ve grown to love it through the years. It’s a long process that most people do not achieve, but I’m proud to say that I’m happy with my body. :P Happy Topless Tuesday I guess!
Go ahead and judge me, we’re all entitled to our own opinions, but if you’ve got nothing nice to say, please keep it to yourself. Thanks! :)
And nope I don’t work out, hahah other than eating and occasional badminton here and there, I really don’t do anything to maintain my body. xD

A nice hot shower feels so good after a long day.
Now I feel so fresh and so clean clean~ :3 

Another Throwback Thursday. :P Guess how old I was xD

The Breakup: It’s the best time to really look at yourself and reevaluate how you’ve treated your self mentally and physically. I’ve vowed to myself that I will improve my physical and mental health and this is Day 1.

To be honest, I haven’t really treated my body well these past several years. I don’t work out and I eat really unhealthy food. I need to change this habit because I know that if I am successful in doing so, I will also improve my mental health. I am blessed enough to have a body like this currently without having to work out, but there’s always work to be done.

Topless tuesday, after I was in the bathroom for what seems like over an hour. LOL my mom said to me when I got out: “we thought you drowned in there”. But no, I was shaving. :)
